San-Suz-Ed Reservation Deposits & Cancellation Policies

We at SanSuzEd take reservations seriously and do our best to have the rv site or bed and breakfast room you reserved available when you arrive. In confirming your reservation, a deposit equal to the first night's stay is charged.

If at least two weeks cancellation notice is given, one half of the deposit will be credited to your account, and the remaining days of the initial reservation will not be billed to you.

If less than two weeks cancellation notice is given, the deposit will not be refunded, and the remaining days of the initial reservation will not be billed to you.

Between June 24 and Aug 15: If you are already booked into and are already staying at SanSuzEd and cancel the remaining days of your stay (i.e., leave early), no refund will be given for the remaining nights you arranged. During the rest of the year, an early-departure refund in the amount of one-half the cost of the remaining nights will be granted.
