Come see Glacier Park in the fall after the first snow and fall colors while the Going to the Sun road is still opened. Stay over night at San Suz Ed's bed and breakfast. Enjoy the cross country skiing from Lake McDonald to Avalanche while taking in the winter scenery. You can also catch the train to Essex, cross country ski in some of the most breath taking terrain imaginable and come back on the train in the evening. If you have snow machines, you can travel to Marias Pass, enjoy a day of play and then come back to your comfortable lodgings at San Suz Ed for our Winter Campfire cook out. Cathy P.S. When the snow falls and the sun comes out the next day and the snow sparkles like diamonds it is just beautiful.
